Kingsburg United 08 Girls team started as a conversation over lunch in 2017 about the need for a girls U10 team for spring. The team was formed and participated in the 2018 District 7 spring league. The team did well and moved up in the fall to be a U11 team. Fall was a challenge since the U11 team was playing U12 teams in the D7 fall league.
The team entered two tournaments in the fall of 2018. One, was the Cal North Junior Cup Festival U11 division in which the team took first place. The team is currently participating in the D7 Spring 2019 league play and will be going to the 2019 MVLA Bay Area Spring Cup.
