So did you learn any new ground combinations last month? We had a several requests for some starting skills so here they are for the May edition!

And here’s something that the street soccer community knows, ground-moves are a workout! It’s one thing to practice a combination, but move on to the next step and try to execute various moves for 30 seconds straight, then 45 seconds, then 60 seconds! The moves require fast footwork so you will be exhausted soon.

So now you can work on your footwork and your aerobic conditioning, both with a ball at your feet! Now that you have some moves you’ve been working on, add the conditioning aspect to your training and continue to build your skills!
