Re: San Joaquin Valley Playing League

For the 2016-17 CYSA soccer season, those leagues wishing to participate in a District wide “Playing

League” will please fill out the attached application form and forward it with appropriate fee and copy of

roster to:

District VII Office, 4285 N. First St., Fresno, CA 93726

Listed below are the age groups eligible to play in a district wide league: Teams that have tryouts will be

placed in the Advanced bracket where available:

ADVANCED A U 10 through 19 Boys and Girls

Don Hawkins U 12, U 14,U 16, U 19 Boys and Girls

Fees for the 2016-17 season are as follows:

$475.00 per team for U-15 through U-19 teams

$425.00 per team for U-13 through U-14 teams

$350.00 per team for U 11 through U 12 teams

. $325.00 per team for U 10

Entry into the league will be considered acceptance of the rules.

DEADLINES: FINAL JULY 15

Fees and Copies of Rosters due to District 7 Office

ROSTERS MUST CONTAIN A MINMUM OF 11 PLAYERS, AND CONTAIN CORRECT TEAM

NAME ALONG WITH 6 DIDGIT TEAM NUMBER

League Play Begins—————ALL age groups after Labor Day.
